The facilitator talked about promoting wellness through cognitive psychology...
Actually, some of the concepts and theories I had learnt during my uni days...
However, I feel that these concepts and theories are more "user friendly" to me after I work in social work field...a field that makes me deal with different levels of people in my daily life....
And I understand better because I can apply it on my daily job routine....
Talked about wellness...
First, to be relax and alert...
Do some simple workout daily....
Eat balance diet and to have constructive thinking (think of both +ve and -ve ssides of an incident that happened)...
Think creatively...
Ya... I can say that when grow older... I start to think of meaningful life...
People emphasize on different things in the life at a different stages....
People always have big plans in mind...
However, will always complain that no time to fulfill...
Well, start small with something and make it into a habit...
For example, one wants to adopt a hobby... Try out something daily...
You can make it a habit if you continue that for 21 days....
Look things from different perspectives....
Treasure the time you have as our time is very precious....
I was amazed by these 4 words....
养精蓄锐。。。
To conserve energy and build up strength by gathering your attention....
I tell myself, I have a very strong will and don't underestimate my own tolerance level....
When a person been forced to the wall and sometimes can make that person to bounce back and transform to a better person....
Learnt from the mistakes and experience....
I know what I am doing.... I can listen to you and I can empathize with you... But don't try to influence me.... My stand is very clear at this point of time... Till something happen (maybe)....
还是那句,自己选择的路,跪着也要走完。。。
