Not plan to pen down my 2012 Resolution....
But, as one of my colleague who went for a Choice Theory Course...And taught me of, we can make a choice on what we want our life to be...
So ended up... I think I still have some new year resolutions to make my 2012 more interesting...
Sum up, I want to change to be a better, happier and more confident person...
Ok, let start with
Start a habit, write down my plan...
Hope to write down things to do, my thought, budget, plans, expenses...
Diet: Start my oats meals...
Hopefully I can eat in the morning and night at least 3 days a week...
See patients with different illnesses daily...
I think I should really take care of my own diet...
I like to eat those fried and oily food...
I think I really should cut down...
It is very unhealty...
And it will lead you to get all those chronic disease at a later age....
Salty food can cause renal failure and hypertension...
Sweet food can cause diabetes...
Oily food can cause high cholestrol and stroke...
Well, I must keep reminding myself...
Reading...

Read those books that I bought and still haven't finish reading...^^
